Sr Forward Deployment Engineer

The Senior Engineer, Forward Deployment embeds within a T-Mobile business unit as the primary execution force for net-new agentic AI delivery: driving the technical agenda for the domain, mentoring co-deployed Engineers and stepping in as acting domain lead. Performance is measured by validated ROI outcomes for the domain.

What you'll do:

• Lead scoping and diagnostic sessions with BU stakeholders and TPMs; map workflows and assess data/integration readiness.
• Design and deliver agentic AI solutions in live production: integrations, RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration and multi-agent workflows.
• Run controlled A/B experiments and document measured ROI impact.
• Build integration layers to BU tools and data sources and close data-quality gaps.
