Forward Deployed Engineer

Tavus (Series B; Sequoia, Accel, Lightspeed, YC) is building the human interface for AI with conversational video. This customer-engineering role spans product support and ownership, forward deployed product and engineering, and exploring what's newly possible: you'll take customers from "we want to build this" to a real product running in production. SF office ~3 days/week preferred.

What you'll do:

• Dig into hard customer blockers, find root causes, and ship fixes or missing features yourself.
• Own product experience, architecture, application code, Tavus integration and deployment for customer builds.
• Keep what you ship reliable, scalable and production-ready after launch.
• Prototype new conversational-video experiences that push the technology.
