Forward Deployed Engineer, ANZ

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team in the APAC region. In this role, you'll work directly with enterprise and high-growth technology customers across APAC to architect and ship production systems on Telnyx's global network — spanning voice, messaging, AI, wireless, and edge compute .

What you'll do:

• Embed with customers to understand their technical requirements, AI use cases, and integration challenges
• Architect and build custom production solutions using Telnyx's Voice, Messaging, Wireless, WebRTC, AI, and Edge Compute platforms
• Build and deploy AI Voice Assistants, conversational AI, and LLM-powered applications
• Deploy and operate LLM infrastructure, including open-weight models and LiteLLM or comparable gateways
• Design model routing, fallback, observability, and cost strategies for production AI workloads
• Build RAG pipelines, prompt architectures, evaluations, and model integrations
