Forward Deployed Engineer

Build where the hardest problems actually live.

The most important AI problems are often buried in disconnected systems, complicated workflows, and the realities of how businesses operate. Work directly with customers to find those problems and build the systems that solve them. This is not traditional consulting: you write production code, make technical decisions, and own the outcome from discovery through deployment.

What you'll do

• Work directly with customers to understand systems, operations, and high-value problems.
• Architect and deploy end-to-end AI applications, agents, APIs, and integrations.
• Build across the stack, from pipelines and services to user-facing experiences.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into technical plans and working software.
• Evaluate models and tools for performance, reliability, security, and cost.
• Monitor production systems, resolve issues, and improve adoption after launch.
• Identify reusable patterns that improve future deployments.

What you'll bring

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and production shipping experience.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or comparable languages.
• Experience with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.
• Hands-on work with LLMs, agent frameworks, retrieval, or applied AI.
• Ability to operate independently in unfamiliar technical environments.
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Judgment about when to move quickly and when to invest in reliability.
