AI Engineer - Forward Deployed Engineer

Traversal builds an AI site reliability engineer (AI SRE) that diagnoses, fixes and prevents production incidents at enterprises such as PepsiCo, Nubank, Harvey and DigitalOcean.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer you own last-mile delivery of the Traversal platform for the most strategic customers, upgrading and tuning the core AI agent directly in their environments, prototyping quickly from customer feedback, and feeding field learnings back into the engineering roadmap.
