Adobe’s Nov 7 FDE board: seven Marketing Intelligence, Workfront, Experience Platform and Firefly seats, Senior US $159K–$302K
A 7 November FDE Dispatch read of Adobe’s Workday board found seven Forward Deployed–family seats—six engineer and one Firefly manager—across Marketing Intelligence, Workfront, Experience Platform, Noida and Bangalore, with US pay posted at $109,000–$200,700 on Marketing Intelligence and $159,200–$301,600 on Lehi Workfront and Senior San Jose, and none of the seven marked remote.
FDE Dispatch’s 7 November live check of Adobe’s public Workday board, built on its 3 November snapshot of 704 FDE-family postings across 114 employers, counted seven Adobe seats (six engineer and one management), sole at 7 and 18th of 114 employers. The tracks are Forward Deployed AI Engineer, Marketing Intelligence & Consumer Insights (San Jose, with Seattle and San Francisco); Forward Deployed Engineer for Workfront in Lehi; Senior Forward Deployed Engineer seats for Adobe Experience Platform in San Jose and two in Bucharest; Sr Forward Deployed Engineer in Noida; and Manager, Firefly FDE in Bangalore.
On the live check, all seven were still open. Three US seats post numeric base ranges: Marketing Intelligence at $109,000–$200,700 (with California and Washington sub-ranges inside that band), and both Lehi Workfront and Senior San Jose AEP at $159,200–$301,600 (Senior California $208,300–$301,600). The Bucharest pair, Bangalore manager, and Noida seats post no USD. The three US texts mention a new-hire equity award without grant sizes. Posted ranges are not offers.
Years and stack split by product vertical. Marketing Intelligence asks for 5+ years of technical experience and 2+ years building and deploying AI applications, plus Python, SQL, and familiarity with Adobe’s marketing stack (Experience Platform, Analytics, GenStudio, Journey Optimizer, Workfront). Lehi states a typical background of 8 to 12 years, a modern language such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python, and agentic or LLM-powered workflows. Senior AEP seats state 8–15+ years and Experience Cloud products (AEP, AJO, RTCDP, CJA, Target); the Bucharest texts say the engineer will be embedded with Adobe’s most strategic EMEA customers. Noida asks for 10+ years. Manager, Firefly FDE asks for 8+ years of software engineering, AI/ML, or technical consulting with recent GenAI hands-on work, plus more than 3 years leading people—and is the only Adobe seat that states a travel figure, up to 30%. None of the seven are remote under FDE Dispatch’s locations-index method (0 of 7, against 176 of 704, or 25.0%, snapshot-wide).
For FDEs, this is an enterprise-software deployment board tied to Adobe’s own products rather than a model-lab or defense stack: expect vertical-specific Adobe platform fluency, hub-based seating (no remote rows), and US Senior/Workfront bands that sit around and above the US engineer-title median midpoint FDE Dispatch cites at $216,104—without treating posted ranges as offers.
