AuxoAI raises $20.7M Series A to grow its forward-deployed AI teams

AuxoAI, which embeds strategists and forward-deployed engineers inside Global 2000 companies, closed a $20.7M Series A led by NTTVC and says it will use the money to hire more forward-deployed staff worldwide.

AuxoAI, a Bay Area enterprise AI company founded in 2023 by Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh and Kabir Singh, announced a $20.7 million Series A on October 20. The round was led by NTTVC, the Silicon Valley venture firm backed by Japan's NTT, with strategic investors including ServiceNow president Amit Zavery, Norwest partner emeritus George Still Jr. and Charlesbank's Giacomo Sonnino.

The company's model is built around forward-deployed teams: strategists and engineers who work inside client organizations to turn AI pilots into production systems. AuxoAI says its FDE team has worked with more than 40 clients across manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare and telecom, and it packages lessons from those projects into Damia, which it calls an FDE workbench of reusable agent components and tools for capturing business knowledge. It works on top of Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, Snowflake and Databricks.

Why it matters for FDEs: the new funding is earmarked for hiring more forward-deployed staff globally, plus proprietary tooling and partner expansion. It is another sign that investors are backing services-heavy, AI-native delivery firms, and that the open question for these companies is how to scale people-intensive FDE work without losing margin, which is exactly where internal tooling like Damia comes in.
