FlowGen Labs is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers for SAP enterprise AI deployments
FlowGen Labs, an enterprise AI company focused on agents inside customized SAP environments, posted an on-site San Francisco Forward Deployed Engineer role on 11 October with a $200K–$375K base range plus equity and visa sponsorship.
FlowGen Labs posted a Forward Deployed Engineer opening on 11 October 2026 for engineers who will own end-to-end deployments of its agent platform inside complex SAP estates. The company says it builds context-aware agents grounded in each customer’s ontology, live operational data and operating procedures, and lists Fortune 500 deployments across CPG, distribution, high-tech, and oil and gas.
The role covers scoping high-leverage workflows, configuring agent behavior (planning, tools, retrieval, prompts and guardrails), validating integrations, and driving launches from first customer conversation through production iteration. FDEs also write AOPs, integration specs and evaluation plans, and partner with the platform team so field patterns become reusable abstractions.
Logistics are on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area, with visa sponsorship available and a posted base range of $200,000–$375,000 plus equity. For FDEs, it is another data point that enterprise ERP and SAP stacks are becoming a dedicated FDE specialty, not only frontier-lab model deployment.
