MegazoneSoft plans to grow its FDE organization after earning Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise and AI Advanced Competencies
Korean Google Cloud Premier Partner MegazoneSoft says it will expand its Forward Deployed Engineer organization and on-site support as it pushes AI agents into finance, manufacturing and retail customers.
MegazoneSoft, an affiliate of MegazoneCloud based in Seoul, announced on November 4, 2026 that it earned two Google Cloud Advanced Competencies at once, in Gemini Enterprise and in Artificial Intelligence. It already held the Manufacturing & Industrial Advanced Competency from September.
CEO Geon Jin said the company plans to expand its Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) organization and strengthen on-site, hands-on support, so customers can move from AI adoption planning through implementation, change management and operations. The focus is connecting AI agents to customers' existing work systems, data and legacy environments in financial services, manufacturing and retail.
Why it matters for FDEs: it is another sign that cloud partners and systems integrators, not only AI labs, are building FDE teams around Gemini Enterprise and agent deployments. For engineers in Korea and the wider APAC region, partner firms like MegazoneSoft are becoming a growing source of customer-embedded AI roles.
