Stuut raises a $52.5M Series B for AI order-to-cash, and is hiring forward deployed engineers to run its ERP rollouts
New York's Stuut raised $52.5M led by Insight Partners, ten months after its Series A, and is advertising a Forward Deployed Engineer role (New York, with San Francisco and Europe listed) at $150K–$240K plus equity to own customer onboarding and ERP integrations.
Stuut, a New York startup whose AI agents run order-to-cash work such as collections, cash application, disputes and deductions, announced a $52.5 million Series B on 7 October 2026. Insight Partners led the round, with Andreessen Horowitz, M12 (Microsoft's venture fund) and Activant participating, bringing total funding to $93 million. The company says it has more than 150 customers, including Honeywell and ZoomInfo, and that over $3 billion has moved through the platform.
Stuut's pitch is that enterprises don't have to change their systems: it plugs into existing ERPs, bank accounts, CRMs and AP portals, and works within each company's approvals and controls. Honeywell, for example, runs it on top of legacy SAP. The company says it will use the money to meet demand and expand into credit, lending and payments.
That integration work is where its forward deployed engineers come in. Stuut's open Forward Deployed Engineer role, based in New York with San Francisco and Europe also listed, owns new-customer onboarding from setup to launch, builds integrations with NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce and other ERPs, and involves travel to client sites. It asks for 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role and fluent Python, and posts a $150K–$240K salary range plus equity.
For FDEs, it is a clear example of a fintech AI company where the product only works once someone wires it into a customer's finance stack, so deployment engineers sit close to revenue and product feedback.
