Twenty Labs wins FedRAMP Class C certification, taking its forward-deployed government modernization model to federal agencies
Twenty Labs, the company behind the Healthy Together benefits platform used across 9+ states and territories, has achieved FedRAMP Class C certification through Knox Systems. The move opens its Polycore platform, delivered by forward-deployed engineers working alongside agency teams, to federal programs.
Twenty Labs announced on October 19 that it has achieved FedRAMP Class C certification in partnership with Knox Systems, a federal managed cloud provider. The certification lets the company offer Polycore, its composable platform for government, to federal agencies. Until now its technology has mainly powered Healthy Together, its health and human services business serving Medicaid, SNAP, WIC, SUN Bucks and child services programs in more than nine states and territories.
Twenty Labs describes itself as running a forward-deployed model: its teams work alongside policy, program and operational experts at agencies, configuring Polycore's workflows, applied AI (operator assistance, document intelligence and voice agents) and interoperable services around each program, either replacing legacy systems or running beside them.
According to the announcement, using Knox to handle the FedRAMP process cut compliance time and cost, so the company's forward-deployed engineers and its policy, program and human-centered design experts can stay focused on delivering outcomes for agencies.
Why it matters for FDEs: public-sector modernization is becoming a major home for forward deployed work outside defense. A FedRAMP authorization is often the gate to federal contracts, so a company whose delivery model is built on forward-deployed teams clearing it usually means more agency-side deployment work, and more demand for engineers who can sit with program staff and turn messy policy rules into working software.
